اقترح مدير المصادر البشرية في الشركة الوطنية للصناعة والمناجم سنيم المهندس محفوظ ولد بوبني، خلال اجتماع يعقده بمناديب عمال الشركة الآن، إعطاء العامل المفصول سيدنه ولد سيد محمد جميع الحقوق المترتبة على مغادرة الشركة.
ولم يعرف بعد كيف سيتعامل المناديب مع هذا المقترح الذي قدمت الشركة.
